It depends how you share it. Publish a recording and it gets a public link that anyone opens in their browser with no sign-up, no app, no login. A recording you'd rather not publish can be shared with a magic link instead: one URL, opens in the browser, no account, and the recording stays out of public view. If you want students to search the library themselves rather than open links one at a time, add them to your organization as members. Every team plan includes unlimited members, so a cohort of thirty or three hundred costs the same.
